RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility:
•⁠ ⁠Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
•⁠ ⁠To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
•⁠ ⁠⁠ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sales items and INTERNATIONAL orders.
•⁠ ⁠⁠International orders are not eligible for Returns
•⁠ ⁠⁠If a product is exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Please DO NOT RETURN stained , worn , used or smelly items
•⁠ ⁠⁠All items will be Subjected to inspection
•⁠ ⁠⁠If we do receive any product in an unacceptable manner a $18 rejected shipping fee will be charged to customer
•⁠ ⁠⁠If customer fails to pay the $18 fee within 10 business days it will be donated and we would no longer be able to ship to you or give you any store credit.

Return Process:
•⁠ ⁠Contact our customer service team by filling the CONTACT US form to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
•⁠ ⁠Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
•⁠ ⁠Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

Return Shipping:
•⁠ ⁠Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
•⁠ ⁠We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
•⁠ ⁠⁠If you want us to give you a return label please mention in the contact us form . The amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return Confirmation:
•⁠ ⁠Please do not send any returns without first contacting us and obtaining an RA number.
•⁠ ⁠Returns received without an RA number may be subject to delay or refusal.

Refund Process
•⁠ ⁠Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, or non-refundable original shipping charges.
•⁠ ⁠Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:
•⁠ ⁠If the item was purchased at a sales event it cannot be returned or exchanged .
•⁠ ⁠Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Please refer to our product listings for specific information.

Damaged or Defective Items:
•⁠ ⁠If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
