- Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. 

 

Shipping Time: 
- Once your order has been processed, please allow 15-20 business days for delivery. 
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. 
- This is an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. 

 

Shipping Method: 
- We ship orders via standard shipping methods unless otherwise specified. 

 

Shipping Fees: 
- $15 flat shipping fee for orders below $50. 
- FREE shipping for orders above $50.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
- If customer refuses package from DNA then the customer is responsible for original shipping charges plus the cost of return package fee. 

 

Tracking Information: 
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped out. 
- Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive updates on your order status. 
- We do not take responsibility of lost or stolen packages due to incorrect address. 

 

International Shipping: 
- International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and local postal service delays. 
- Additional fees, taxes and duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

Order Changes/Cancellations: 
- Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. 
- Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. 

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments: 
- In the rare event that your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance within 7 business days. 
- We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 
- The claim process can take up to 30 business days. 
- Credit for claims is $100 maximum irrespective of the order total. 
- DNA does not take responsibility for any package which is confirmed delivered by carrier.
